BirdieBay provides a platform for golf simulator enthusiasts that includes:

• Golf Simulator Configurator — an interactive tool that helps you select and compare components to build a custom golf simulator setup
• Installer Marketplace — a directory of certified professional installers you can browse, contact, and hire for simulator installation
• Product Catalog and Reviews — curated product listings with specifications, comparisons, and editorial content
• Affiliate Links — links to third-party retailers where you can purchase products; BirdieBay may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links
• Guides and Blog — educational content about golf simulators, setup tips, and buying advice

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Installer Accounts and Marketplace

If you register as an installer on the BirdieBay marketplace, you agree to the following additional terms:

• You will provide accurate business information, including your service area, qualifications, and licensing where applicable
• You will respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You are solely responsible for the quality of your installation services; BirdieBay does not guarantee or warrant installer work
• BirdieBay reserves the right to remove installer listings that violate these Terms, receive consistently poor reviews, or engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
• Installer subscription tiers and associated fees are described on the installer registration page and may be updated from time to time

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

• Installer Subscriptions — installers may subscribe to paid tiers that offer enhanced visibility, lead generation, and other premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period
• Deposits — certain marketplace transactions may require a deposit. Deposits are held by Stripe and released according to the terms specified at the time of the transaction
• Refunds — subscription refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund

6. Affiliate Disclosure

BirdieBay participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click on product links and make purchases through our affiliate partners, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or product recommendations. We are committed to providing honest, unbiased information to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BirdieBay, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and layout of the site, is the property of BirdieBay or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. BirdieBay does not manufacture, sell, or install any products listed on the site and is not responsible for product defects, installation quality, or third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
